Jay S. Weiner is an experienced businessman, sales professional, and senior marketing professional. He has experienced success after success in the financial and mortgage industries. During the three decades that Jay S. Weiner has put into working in the financial and mortgage industries, he has gained a great deal of experience. He has worked in both administrative and leadership positions in the industry that taught him how those companies should be run. He has also personally founded and run mortgage lending operations. Today, he is hoping to leverage that experience into becoming an integral part of the leadership of an existing operation or helping to create a new one.

Jay S. Weiner has built a $1 billion + mortgage operation. He has also personally originated over $500 million in mortgage. Not many people, even people with thirty years worth of experience in the industry, can say that. The activities he has been charged with in the past include sales forecasting, budgeting, training, and measuring the performance of as many as seventeen employees at once. He has been the Director, Treasurer, Vice Chairman, and Chairman of the Massachusetts Mortgage Association at various times. He has, additionally, lobbied for mortgage reform through the Massachusetts Mortgage Association, both at the state level and the national level.
